Fresh Hop German Pils, 12° Plato, 5.1% ABV. Jedním ze dvou piv, do nichž jsme v letošním roce přidali čerstvý německý chmel, je tento German Pils. Použili jsme chmel Titan, který svou bylinnou a neobvyklou kořenitou aromatikou krásně doplňuje světlounký, lehký a svěží ležák, jež teče do krku jako by se nechumelilo.
This year we're adding two German fresh hopped beers to the mix, this being a classic pils with Titan. It was well worth the trip because this lager features spicy and herbal character, which really accentuate the flavours naturally present in the style. It is also wonderfully light and crisp with a very easygoing body.
